ReachSuite

Powerful solutions supporting REACH registration

ReachSuite is the established platform for REACH Lead Registrants and SIEF Consortia to collaborate resources and communicate with SIEF members and joint registrants.

INFORMATION FOR SIEF MEMBERS AND JOINT REGISTRANTS

If you are a member of a SIEF and the Lead Registrant, consortia, or service provider that carries out management activities on their behalf uses ReachSuite, then you can use it in a number of ways. Initially, you may be contacted and asked to complete a survey detailing your registration intentions. You will also have access to a secure ReachSuite portal which some SIEF managers use to provide information regarding substances for you to download. If you need to purchase a Letter of Access then you can also submit a request to do this from the ReachSuite portal.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't have access to ReachSuite. Should I have access?
ReachSuite is used by some consortia and Lead Registrants, or service providers that carry out REACH activities on their behalf, to communicate with members of a SIEF. If you are a member of a SIEF that is run by one of these then it is likely that you will, at some point, have received an email inviting you to log on. The email will have been sent to the contact email that is registered in REACH-IT for a particular substance. If the SIEF is managed by an organisation that does not use ReachSuite then you will not have access. Your contact details for ReachSuite are determined by the information you provided during pre-registration and held in ECHA's REACH-IT system.
Who should I contact to get access to ReachSuite?
If you are a member of a SIEF that is administered by an organisation that uses ReachSuite, and you do not have access but think you should, you can contact the SIEF manager who can arrange for access. Their details can be found on ECHA's REACH-IT system which, if you are a SIEF member, you should have access to.
I have logged in but cannot see the substance I want to register in the SIEF Report Pages section or or Assign signatories tab OR I can see the substance, but the wrong UUID or pre-registration number is listed
Check which login details you have used. You will have been sent an email with a link to the ReachSuite site used by a particular consortia or lead registrant, and associated logon username/password. Ensure that you have used the right logon details for that substance. ReachSuite is used by numerous consortia and Lead Registrants and these are held as virtual separate systems due to procedural differences between consortia and Lead Registrants. Make sure you are logging onto the correct consortia's site.
We did not pre-register our substance, but have made an inquiry to ECHA to become members of a SIEF and we don't have access to ReachSuite. What can we do?
If you have made a successful inquiry to ECHA to join a SIEF then you will have been provided with a reference number by ECHA of the format 06-xxxxxxxxxx-yy-zzzz. Companies who make inquiries are not automatically added to ReachSuite. You will need to contact the SIEF manager and send them specific information in order to add you to the SIEF. The information you need to send is: Substance name and EC number, company name, company address, contact email registered with ECHA, the reference number beginning with 06-, and the UUID of the legal entity. If you already have a logon to ReachSuite but not for this particular legal entity, then the substance can be added to your existing ReachSuite account.
I have logged on to request a SIEF Agreement. I can see the substance but some of the details about my company are wrong.
If you have changed any of your details in REACH-IT recently, then these details may not be instantly reflected in ReachSuite. If you have made changes to REACH-IT to information such as contact email, company name, UUID etc., then you will need to contact the SIEF manager and let them know. They will be able to arrange for your new details to be updated in ReachSuite.
I want to request a SIEF Agreement. I cannot see the substance name in the list of contracts available for my substance
Check that you have assigned a signatory to the substance/UUID/pre-registration number in the tab marked Assign Signatories.
I have assigned a signatory and requested a SIEF Agreement. What now?
You will receive an email within an hour of making the request to inform you that a SIEF Agreement is ready for you to fill in. When the SIEF Agreement is ready you can log back into the portal and in the bottom-right section Contracts Awaiting Signatures you will see the SIEF Agreement. Click on this, click the Edit button and complete the form.

I am logging in with the exact details sent to me in an email from the consortia/lead registrant but my details are not accepted
Firstly, check that you are typing in the password correctly – it is case sensitive so ensure CAPS LOCK is not switched on. If you are copying the password from the email then you may have copied an extra space either side of the password – try typing the password instead.
