2013 registration deadline successfully handled

Monday, 4 June 2013

With all the figures in of the dossiers submitted and Letters of Access (LoAs) downloaded, Baytouch's ReachSuite REACH management solution again proves that it is up to the task in terms of:

- Ease of Use
- Functionality
- Reliability

Over 300 LoAs have been downloaded in the run up to the 2013 REACH registration deadline with a total value in excess of €2million.

The ReachSuite platform itself manages more than 1000 substances of which in excess of 250 use the online contracts and LoAs module functionality.

There was some great feedback from the Lead Registrants and Consortia about how easy ReachSuite was to set up and use, how easy it was for the online contracts and LoAs to reflect different versions, and where stated, costs within these documents depending on the SIEF member circumstances.

There were several LoAs requested and issued on the final Friday before the deadline and those SIEF members themselves we had contact with invariably were positive about the whole LoA access process.

"For those customers that have used ReachSuite for their online contracts and LoA distribution, we say thank you and we look forward to working with you with the same degree of competence and professionalism in the run up to the 2018 deadline," said Malcolm Pollard, Baytouch CEO.

"And we welcome new clients who may want to considerably reduce the time and effort of managing the contracts and LoA distribution and who now can be reassured that the ReachSuite system has yet again proved to be a cost effective, easy to use and reliable solution," he continued.
